PRINCIPLE
Diode laser hair removal technology is based on the selective dynamics of light and heat. The laser goes through the skin surface to reach the root of hair follicles; light can be absorbed and converted into heat damaged hair follicle tissue, so that hair loss regeneration without injury surrounding tissue. Diode laser equipment adopts 808 nm, particularly effective to hair follicle melanocytes without injury surrounding tissue. Four wavelengths for all skin types and all hair types
755nm provides more powerful energy absorption for melanin chromophores, making it ideal for light and fine hair. It targets the bulge of the hair follicle and is particularly effective for superficially embedded hair.
808nm is the classic wavelength for laser hair removal, the 808nm wavelength provides deep penetration of the hair follicle with high average power, suitable for most skin types and hair types.
940nm This wavelength provides better absorption for oxyhemoglobin (coagulation of microvessels that provide nutrients to the hair root) and has a moderate penetration depth, making it suitable for treating all hair types. Melanin has a low absorption rate, making it ideal for dark light types.
1064nm wavelength is characterized by low melanin absorption, making it a concentrated solution for dark skin types. At the same time, 1064nm penetrates the hair follicle the deepest.
