About Shipping

NOTE: In recent affairs regarding the worldwide spread of COVID-19, a widespread of airlines have ceased to cancel operations in various countries and regions. In addition to this, you may see delays in orders due to slower logistics and increased customs security checks. Due to these circumstances, please allow more travel time than the ETA stated in our shipping policy. (approx. 1-2 weeks)

Shipping Policy:

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping experience. All online items are in stock. We deliver across the world, and strive to provide you with services of the highest level. The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time(3-5 working days) + Shipping time(15-45 working days). We do not ship on weekends. 

Shipping method

Our orders are shipped from China warehouse to most countries over the world.Default mode of transportation is rail/sea transportation. The transportation time is about 30-40 days.During the transportation, I will track the logistics situation for you in time.
You can also choose express delivery. Choosing express delivery requires you to pay additional costs.

Shipping Fee

The default shipping method is rail/sea orders, which is free shipping.If you want to choose Express Delivery(DHL, FEDEX etc) the shipping fee is $20 Per kilogram.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.In some instances, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. Most of these delays are caused by international customs processing that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.

Tracked Shipping

Customer will be informed by email or phone text message if the order has been shipped out.
All orders have tracked shipping. Your tracking number and links will be shown in your order despatch email. 

 

*Please contact us within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our customer care team (cn1759332020@gmail.com) will get back to you within 48 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
